The Apcalis App has been a great aid for the over 50s to remember their numbers. This time around I decided to use the Spanish word for “age” (ap) for a number. Once again, the app is just as useful for the over 50s as it is for the younger set.

I like the idea of using numbers to track age and birthdays, but I was hesitant to use the word “ap” on the Spanish word for over 50s because I feel like “ap” is the word for the older crowd. So I decided to use the word “ab” instead.
Ab means “before” in Spanish, so it fits the idea that the younger kids are in the “after” age group. I think that’s the best way to describe the group, though it’s not a perfect description.
