You might be able to find a good online course to help you out. I started up with the course on the food pyramid and didn’t see much of a difference. I was surprised by how many people started on the course and it was still not the course I expected. Instead, I found it to be pretty easy to get a little more involved in your workout and nutrition.
The food pyramid was a good course for me because it gave a lot of advice on how to eat healthy, but it didn’t give a lot of guidance on how to exercise. When I moved into the house I started with the couch. I also started with the stairs. There was a big difference in the way the two moves made sense and there is a big difference in the way they feel. The couch seemed a little more natural since I wasnt used to it.
The reason for the stairs was that I wanted to get better at doing squats and deadlifts so I could do more strength training in the house. The couch was a little more of a challenge because I didnt have a good balance point. I also found that in doing squats and deadlifts my posture would shift a bit so I would need to shift it back a bit before I could do the squat and deadlift.
I’m thinking I would also need to be more mindful of how I am going to do it. I’m thinking I would need to do some squats. I’m also thinking I would need to get up a bit more so I can do a good amount of strength training.
